James is a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO and RMTAO, bringing clinical depth, fitness expertise, and a passion for education to the HKC team.

He holds a Fitness and Health Promotion diploma and is completing a BA (Honours) in Psychology. James has years of experience in interdisciplinary sports medicine settings, working alongside physicians, physiotherapists, and chiropractors.

Hannah Burke is a Holistic Nutritionist and gut health specialist, passionate about helping women achieve long-term, sustainable wellness. Following her own journey of overcoming hormonal chaos, digestive challenges, and skin concerns, Hannah pursued her studies at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, where she discovered her love for gut health, women’s hormonal wellness, and functional nutrition. She furthered her education in functional gut testing and stool analysis with the GI-MAP, deepening her ability to identify root causes and guide personalized health strategies.

Throughout her training, Hannah gained extensive hands-on experience helping clients with digestive issues, bloating, acne, PMS, PCOS, and post-birth control recovery. Luke bridges the gap between the treatment room and the gym floor. His approach to wellness took shape after a career-ending back injury in 2015 led him to find a better way to move. He works with clients to build long-term resilience, blending massage therapy with NASM science-backed movement principles for recovery and performance. His focus includes injury rehabilitation, manual therapy, and movement optimization through corrective exercise and strength conditioning. With clinical experience in Banff and the GTA, Luke founded Smiths Falls’ first and only 2/7 performance and wellness center.
