Hannah Burke is a Holistic Nutritionist and gut health specialist, passionate about helping women achieve long-term, sustainable wellness. Following her own journey of overcoming hormonal chaos, digestive challenges, and skin concerns, Hannah pursued her studies at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, where she discovered her love for gut health, women’s hormonal wellness, and functional nutrition. She furthered her education in functional gut testing and stool analysis with the GI-MAP, deepening her ability to identify root causes and guide personalized health strategies.

Throughout her training, Hannah gained extensive hands-on experience helping clients with digestive issues, bloating, acne, PMS, PCOS, and post-birth control recovery. She is known for her compassionate, educational approach, guiding clients to understand their unique health needs and empowering them to make lasting, positive changes. As a graduate of kinesiology, Cassie is looking forward to applying her knowledge and passion for human movement to help individuals lead a healthier, more active lifestyle. Pursing her passion for understanding how the mind and body work together, Cassie completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology with Honors at Brock University. Cassie is eager to begin making a positive impact throughout Horizon Kinesis Club. Throughout her education, Cassie had the opportunity to have hands on experience through clinics and fitness centres. Particularly she enjoyed engaging with the geriatric population and their health and wellness journeys. Cassie is known for her ability to connect with individuals, listen to their needs, and motivate them towards positive change. she believes in creating a supportive and encouraging environment where clients feel empowered to reach their full potential. Outside of her professional pursuits, Cassie enjoys spending time at the rink developing young goaltenders to find their drive to success as well as focusing on her own fitness journey at the gym, which complements her understanding of physical fitness and well-being.
